David Diaddario is President of the Hill Technical Solutions division of Valkyrie Enterprises. Mr. Diaddario has 38 years of Department of Defense experience in technical, management, and executive leadership roles. In technical roles, he has worked in radar systems characterization and data reduction; missile seeker evaluation and engineering; threat missile and radar system simulation development; and system of systems requirements development. In addition to his technical work, David has held numerous management and leadership positions ranging from technical management, providing specific solutions, project and program management leading large multidisciplinary teams, and executive leadership, driving the success of large corporate organizations. David has also successfully led the proposal development and capture activities of numerous contracts, including large indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) efforts worth more than $900M and task orders worth more than $200M. He has held positions on numerous civic and professional organizations including the Air Space and Missile Defense Association, the Huntsville Aerospace Marketing Association, the Marshall space Flight Center Small Business Executive Leadership Team, and the Space and Missile Defense Symposium. He is the recipient of the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara and is an Eagle Scout. He earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.
