HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (July 1, 2021) – Hill Technical Solutions (HTS) sponsored and participated in several community events in the second quarter of 2021.
HTS was a hole sponsor in the 7th Annual “Tee It Up Fore Kids” golf tournament benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tennessee Valley. The tournament, hosted by Radiance Technologies, was in May at Cherokee Ridge Country Club. Big Brothers Big Sisters partners with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community to help children achieve higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships; avoidance of risky behaviors; and educational success.
Also in May, HTS was a sponsor and participant in the American Heart Association Huntsville Heart Walk. The purpose of the Heart Walk is to get moving, honor survivors, and raise lifesaving funds.
HTS was a hole sponsor in the 2nd Annual BeArded WARRIORs Charity Golf Tournament in June held at the Huntsville Country Club. BeArded WARRIORs is a Veteran suicide prevention and resource awareness non-profit organization based in Huntsville, but with a nationwide reach. It provides veterans and their families with opportunities to experience the fun and camaraderie of after-service community involvement.
HTS was a sponsor of “Golf Classic For A Cause” in June at Topgolf Huntsville, benefiting The Enrichment Center. This organization is a free school-based counseling program that supports students through seasons of struggle and major life crises.
In addition to sponsoring and participating in other events, HTS hosted the 1st HTS Charity Golf Tournament in May, with this year’s proceeds going to The CornerStone Initiative.
