HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (July 1, 2021) – Several Hill Technical Solutions (HTS) executives were highlighted in the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce July Movers & Shakers feature for promotions and as new hires.
HTS named Glenn Turner CEO of the Huntsville-headquartered company. He is responsible for the planning, direction and execution of the company’s growth strategy, and the overall management and operations of HTS. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company.


HTS promoted Michael (Mike) Lee to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He served as Vice President of Strategic Programs prior to this appointment. In his current role, Lee actively identifies, qualifies and implements advanced technologies and systems that support and further the company’s mission, vision and strategic objectives.
HTS appointed Daniel Lowery to the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO). He leverages information technology to support the company’s mission, vision, plans and operations. In addition, he leads the development and growth of the company’s Digital Engineering capability area. Lowery most recently served as Director of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Programs for HTS.


Leslie Mitchell is Director, Finance, for Hill Technical Solutions (HTS). She is responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and execution of all financial activities for the company. Leslie joined HTS in 2015 to manage contracts and program control and then expanded her position, establishing processes and procedures for company operations.
HTS hired Mick McGuire as Director of Strategic Initiatives. He will establish enhanced business development and proposal processes for HTS to prepare the company for future growth; develop a pipeline of opportunities; and lead capture management and proposal efforts. Additionally, he will assist other directors and program managers with organic growth efforts.

HTS provides advanced technology solutions for government customers, including Digital Engineering; Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Solutions; Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis; and System Assessment.
